Setting up a new account

Creating a new Tradester account.

Updated over 3 months ago

Step 1: Create your account

If you don’t have an account, you can create one by visiting app.tradester.com.

  1. Enter an email address.

  2. Create a password.

  3. Confirm your password.

  4. Click Create Account.

You’ll need to verify your email before continuing. If you don’t see the verification email after a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 2: Choose your Subscriber Status

Once your email is verified, you must choose your Subscriber Status. This is a legal requirement to trade futures.

Non-Professional

  • A solo trader or a small business with an active futures account, using our data only to manage your own assets. You’re not an exchange member, not registered as a professional trader or adviser, and you don’t trade on behalf of any institution. You can view information on up to two devices.

Professional

  • Anyone who doesn’t fit the Non‑Professional rules - this includes exchange members, registered traders or advisers, institutions, or those using more than two devices at the same time - is a Professional Subscriber.

You can read more information here

Step 3: Select your Subscription

After choosing your subscriber status, you’ll pick your Tradester plan. This determines what data you can see when trading.

Note: Some tools—like Cumulative Delta or Range charts—require Level 2 data to work.

Tradester — perfect for most traders

  • Includes Level 1 market data for the full CME Group.

Tradester Plus — for traders needing more data with Level 2

  • Includes all Level 1 market data plus full market depth, showing multiple price levels and order sizes (also called DOM).
