How to change or cancel your subscription.

How to Modify Your Data Plan

  1. Click the User Icon in the top right of your screen.

  2. Click User Settings from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click Subscriptions.

  4. Click Manage Data Plan.

  5. Choose the data plan you want to switch to.

  6. Click Continue.

  7. Click Confirm.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Click your User Icon in the top right of your screen.

  2. Click User Settings from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click Subscriptions.

  4. Click the three dots next to the platform tab.

  5. Click Cancel Subscription.
