Level 1 DOM (Top of Book)
Displays the current best bid and best ask.
Shows the total size (volume) available at those top prices.
Useful for quick order entry and seeing immediate supply and demand.
In the picture below, the Level 1 DOM (left side) shows only one column of bid volume and one column of ask volume at the best price.
Level 2 DOM (Full Order Book)
Displays multiple price levels above and below the current market.
Shows bid and ask sizes stacked at each level.
Gives insight into market depth and liquidity beyond the top of book.
Helps traders see where large orders are currently resting on the book.
In the screenshot, the Level 2 DOM(right side) shows bid sizes in green and ask sizes in blue across many price levels, not just the best bid and ask.
