Managing open orders
Click Orders at the top right of your screen.
Click Cancel on the order you would like to manage.
Close the window when you're done.
You can also cancel all orders from the top right of the orders popup.
Managing Open Positions
Click Positions at the top right of your screen.
Select Flatten on the position you would like to flatten.
Close the window when you're done.
You can also flatten all positions at the top right of the positions popup.
Emergency Flatten all positions
If you ever lose access to your home internet or computer, you can still close all positions instantly. Visit getflat.tradester.com from any device with an internet connection. This will flatten all open positions on your accounts immediately.
