What is Copy Trading

Understanding copy trading.

  • Copy trading allows users to execute a trade in one account and automatically copy that trade across multiple other accounts.

  • Tradester's Copy Trading function will allow you to copy trades across all of your own accounts, including accounts from multiple prop firms and personal brokerage accounts.

  • Tradester does not have a limit on total accounts or total connections you can use.

  • Copy trading allows users to execute a trade in one account and automatically duplicate that trade across multiple other accounts. This is commonly used by traders managing several evaluation or funded accounts simultaneously.

  • It is important to note that if you are copy trading Live accounts (real money) and simulated accounts, you might experience different fills and positions in your live account and your simulated accounts. This is not a Tradester issue and can exist due to the way simulated accounts and live accounts require liquidity to fill orders.

If copy trading is enabled, any action done on the Main account will be copied to all linked accounts no matter what.
