How to Use Lockout

How to set lockout rules or use manual lockout.

Lockout Rules

  1. Click your User Icon at the top right of your screen.

  2. Choose Lockout Settings.

  3. Click Risk Settings.

  4. Adjust your risk settings using the dropdown menus.

  5. Click Done to save your changes.

Manual Lockout

  1. Click your User Icon at the top right of your screen.

  2. Choose Lockout settings.

  3. Click the Manual Lockout tab.

  4. Choose the account(s) to be locked out.

  5. Set the aession OR duration for the lockout.

  6. Click Confirm Lockout.

Emergency Lockout

  • There is an Emergency Lockout icon at the top right of your screen. Clicking this will lock you out of all trading on all accounts for the remainder of the current trading day.

Important: There is no way for you or customer support to remove a manual lockout. You will have to wait until the beginning of the next trading day.
